Ken is the Director, Information Technology overseeing IT operations across Canada and the UK. He's responsible for maintaining technical operations for the call centres and the engagement deployments as well as serving in the capacity of Data Privacy and Information Security Officer. With over 3 decades of professional experience designing, building, managing, and directing information systems in the manufacturing/distribution, accounting/finance, and legal industries coupled together with 15 years of academic study of applied communications in communications theory, communications media, and information communications technology (ICT), Ken is delighted to find his home with Stratcom leading their IT initiatives.
Ken holds industry certifications in IT and privacy from both higher education and industry associations, a bachelor's degree in communications, and a master's degree in communications and technology. Professionally, he is a member of IEEE, IAPP, and ISC2. Academically, he is a member of CCA, ICA, and MEA. Ken is advancing further his studies with post-graduate work in researching mediated communications for technical support work.
