As manager of Quality and Training at Stratcom UK, Liz trains and supports the calling team to give donors the best possible interactive experience.
Liz started out in the sector 15 years ago as a telephone fundraiser herself. Since then she's gained experience in coaching, training and recruitment and training and quality management. Liz manages the quality support team in the UK including the coaching team and takes an active role in liaising with UK clients ensuring their high quality standards are met.
In her time at Stratcom Liz has also delivered inhouse training to clients including The Ramblers, Ambition institute and The Leprosy Mission.
